Negotiation & Purchase
You find the property, My Property Goals will do the rest.
- Some people enjoy searching for their own property.
- We can use the property you have chosen.
- We will then assess the method of sale, and discuss with the agent the seller’s terms and conditions
- We will then negotiate or bid at auction to purchase the property for you.
Auction Bidding
- Unable to attend an auction yourself?
- Want to maintain your privacy or anonymity?
- Unfamiliar or uncomfortable with bidding yourself?
